will only have a cocktail hour prior to the awards dinner.

Sportsman of the Year Award, Vanson Rookie of the Year Award, Karen Hornbecker
Safety Award, Championship Trophy Presentation and a Raffle.
Please read:
Last year we tried something new, a sit down dinner. We did this to get
a better head count (we pay by the plate) and due to complaints about
the previous years buffet. Most of the complaints had been lack of food
for those latest in line. Then we had complaints about the sit down dinner. These were due
to the dinner being serve 45 minutes later than planned and the hotel
could not keep the food from over cooking. The food in the buffet can be
controlled better so as not to over cook. So to solve all these problems
this year we will go back to a buffet, but with servers at each entrée
station and we will reserve tables and supply a seating plan when you
arrive.
You will receive info
for the event which will include a reservation form and info on rooms at the
hotel in a mailing which should go out the first week of November. If you
do not receive this info before12/15/04 please email your address to
steve@rscycles.com and I will get it out to you. We try, but you may still have been left
off of someone's list. (we mail to racers lists present and past and to all the
workers lists which are submitted to us).
